The BMW Group is developing rapidly and the optimized management of vehicle stock and distribution channels will play an even more crucial role than today. The European Sales Operations department is looking for support with these new tasks.
What can you expect?
1. Managing the European vehicle stock of all new cars and young used cars (YUC) with the usage of the stock platform VSM= Vehicle Stock Management.
2. You will be responsible for the actual vehicle allocation (location, usage) and pan European offer steering based on guidelines from central regional functions.
3. Pan European stock (level) monitoring & auditing of stock cars in the region according to European and local tax & law requirements supported digital tools & data analytics.
4. You ensure highest stock data quality and perform regular stock demand analysis with markets to anticipate future requests.
5. An important part of the job is to assure the consideration of necessary inventory in the BMW and MINI volume planning cycle and corresponding circles.
6. If necessary, identifying new system requirements and taking responsibility to forward process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.
What can we expect?
1. A degree in business administration, logistics or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
2. Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
3. Experience with the BMW Group ordering system IVS-R will be a plus.
4. Familiarity with BMW Group Products and Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments, central functions and 3rd party providers.
5. The ability to accurately track inventory and run predefined reports.
6. Good organizational and planning skills.
7. Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
8. Team spirit and intercultural skills.
9. Fluent in business English.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for a indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 2.900 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
