Leading a team of ~ 90 employees across our Licensed operations including 4 F & B outlets, Gaming (250 EGM’s) and Functions & Events the role will execute strategic and operational initiatives to drive revenue, control costs, achieve budget, meet all relevant compliance requirements, optimise people capabilities and foster cultural initiatives to attract and meet the needs of all teams and customers.Working in a collaborative partnership with the SLT and supported by Shared Services, this key leadership role will drive growth, innovation and continuous improvement across all Licensed premises.Building on strong foundations and community connections, the role will identify and develop the future plans / opportunities.About youAs a minimum, undergraduate qualifications in Business with tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Operations / Marketing, Management, Commercial or similar. Post graduate or professional qualifications and /or comparative strong work experiences will be highly regardedDemonstrated leadership experiences with accountability for executing strategies / plans to drive (and achieve) financial results, building and aligning teams, uplifting people capabilities, delivery of continuous operational improvement processes in highly regulated environments that have delivered sustainable stakeholder value and creation of new marketsIdeally, 10 + years senior leadership experiences within clubs, hospitality, hotels or service-related industriesExperience reporting to a board or executive committee, with a demonstrated ability to present comprehensive operational and financial reports.Strong financial management experiences, including budget planning, cash flow management, and profit and loss oversight.Demonstrated experiences in risk management, facilities management and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.Ability to develop / deliver high level strategy / operational platforms and resultsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office / digital platforms and operational systems to streamline workflowsApplication of analytics / metrics / data insights and P & L’s in high level decision makingAn eye for detail combined with excellent written communication skillsA forward thinker with natural curiosity to understand all operations and the ability to innovate and modernise for emerging customer basesHighly developed people, communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsNatural abilities to influence and proactively foster relationships internally and externallyA collaborative operator with the ability to work with cross functional teams / all organisational levels to build and align strategy / deliverablesAbility to adapt to rapidly changing consumer environments with high levels of accountability and agilityIn-depth understanding of business planning and commercial awarenessHigh standard of personal presentationThis is truly an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Leader who is passionate about delivering outcomes through providing visual leadership and high-quality experiences for both customers and our people.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
