Your Tasks The Email Marketing Business Owner plays a key role in developing our customer journey definition and is responsible for overseeing the successful rollout, management, and optimization of email marketing platforms, primarily SAP Marketing Cloud. This individual coordinates closely with the CRM team (SAP Sales Cloud), managing projects, ensuring proper technical setup, content alignment, and user training to drive effective email marketing across multiple regions. Platform Management and Rollout: * Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP Marketing Cloud or other enterprise email marketing solutions in collaboration with the CRM team * Oversee system integration and data management processes, ensuring seamless operation and data flow Project Management: * Manage email marketing projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively. * Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion. Technical and Content Expertise: * Create, test, and deploy segmented email caigns within the platform. * Develop audience segmentation strategies and technical criteria for targeted marketing communications. * Ensure technical robustness of email deliverability, including managing email lists, segments, and performance metrics.
