In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Motion's sales strategy in Austria to further improve ABB's market penetration and achieve our growth targets. Through your overview of the entire drive technology product range, its optimal use and the permanent observation of our market competitors, you will significantly promote our business success. You and your team will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and improving existing ones. Every day, you plan, lead and ensure the execution of the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems and/or services, and to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will demonstrate your professional and soft skills by leading, developing and coaching the employees in your sales organization to achieve sales goals through high performance.
