As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining strategy, roadmap, and features of the product, spanning from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage product change and execute strategies for released products
* Define requirements for new features based on market information
* Interact with account teams and all product group departments to communicate priorities
* Validate costs and develop product and feature pricing
* Manage product costs to product group targets
* Decide and budget field implementation strategies for new features/upgrades
* Maintain released product documentation such as product specifications
* Maintain POA (Product Object Architecture)
* Initiate and create Product Change Notifications and Technical Memos
* Manage small-sized technical projects (development of new features), including leading cross-functional teams through all aspects of Lam's Product Development and Release process, driving the team with an overarching focus on managing risk, planning and coordinating activities across company organizations, and showing overall ownership and accountability for project timelines and results.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study: engineering, chemistry, physics, or electrical engineering
* 3 to 5 years relevant work experience with a good technical understanding
* Experience working in a cross-functional environment
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Good problem-solving skills
* Ability to work on multiple different topics in parallel
* Well-structured and self-organized work habits
* Team player
