Join IGT Austria and start your career in the world of gaming by becoming a Gaming Regulations Administrator in IGT´s Product Compliance organization! This position is part-time, 25 hours per week, with an estimated salary of EUR 2,018.55 gross per month. Position requires a hybrid way of work, coming to Premstatten near Graz at least once a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the ever-evolving regulations of more than 200 gaming jurisdictions, either by doing manual research or - if technically possible - by automated means e.g. by using website monitoring tools.
2. Configuration of website monitoring tools.
3. Review regulatory documents and identify any changes present.
4. Keep track of published regulation consultations.
5. Summarize regulation changes and prepare documentation for internal review.
6. Monitor anticipated adoption dates of new regulations for updates.
7. Maintain SharePoint Lists and document repositories with up-to-date information and ensure accuracy of data.
Your Qualifications:
1. Technical Education (IT Background) or experience in Gaming Industry.
2. Experience with MS Office suite, especially SharePoint and Teams.
3. Excellent English skills; Spanish is a plus.
4. Detail-oriented team player with a proactive, analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
6. Willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in Requirements Engineering.
2. Experience with Website Monitoring Tools (like Visual Ping).
