Your territory
As part of our Data team, you will:
* Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical data models to support data analytics and reporting
* Perform data transformations and aggregations on semi-raw data using DBT
* Collaborate closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to translate analytical requirements into robust Data Warehouse models
* Own the implementation of data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical data models
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
* Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience working on data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake or BigQuery
* Proven experience with DBT Cloud/Core for transforming and modeling data
* Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data structures
* Solid understanding of both Data Engineering and Data Analytics concepts, with a good grasp of overall data architecture
* Experience using software engineering tools and practices, including version control, automated testing, and clean code principles
* Python experience is a plus
* Fluency in English with strong communication skills

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 50.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
