Job Summary:
The Site Staffing Coordinator acts as an on-site extension of the HR function, managing all aspects of the client contingent workforce, including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of contingent employees.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic partnerships through a deep understanding of the business, strategic direction, processes, and policies.
* Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders at the account to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
* Create and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the needs and output requirements.
* Consistently execute recruiting plans to secure the right quantity and quality of talent.
* Screen and select candidates according to specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.
* Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
* Build strong relationships through regular visits, fostering consultative partnerships and driving business growth.
* Demonstrate expertise in matching the company's needs with the best available talent.
* Exceed talent expectations by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
Requirements:
* Two to four years of business experience, preferably in HR, recruiting, or staffing.
* Manufacturing and interviewing/recruiting experience is highly desirable.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Unparalleled professionalism and excellent communication skills at all levels of the client organization.
* Proven ability to manage and resolve complex client situations.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Compensation:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
