Responsibilities
* Manage the recruitment process, including job postings and conducting interviews, ensuring effective communication in both English and German.
* Conduct employee orientation and onboarding in both languages, preparing new hires for success at Autojob.
* Develop and facilitate training and development programs that cater to English and German-speaking employees.
* Oversee employee benefits administration and address related inquiries in both languages.
* Handle employee relations matters, mediating conflicts and ensuring employee satisfaction through effective communication.
* Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers in both linguistic contexts.
* Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures that accommodate our multilingual workforce.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a multicultural environment.
* Fluency in both English and German (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices in both language contexts.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and relate to employees across diverse backgrounds.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR analytics is advantageous.
* Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
