This is a senior leadership role within Your Library Limited, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a cooperative venture of three outer eastern metropolitan councils – Knox, Maroondah, and Yarra Ranges – serving approximately 435,000 residents on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Manager People and Culture will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s workforce and culture. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
You will lead workforce development, employee relations, and change management initiatives, ensuring compliance with Industrial Relations, Occupational Health & Safety, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
