Recruitment Consultant - Senior, Principal and Practice Leads

Our Consultant and Senior Consultant roles are either 360 end-to-end recruitment or account management positions specialising in a particular market or customer account; our Principal Lead or Practice Manager roles are team and people leadership opportunities across a specific or multiple practice areas. Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 plus super plus commission.

As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects
* Developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical
* Investing time in understanding client’s business goals and adding value through creative and cost-effective staffing solutions
* Qualifying role requirements and candidate specifications
* Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates building talent pools of high calibre professionals
* Understanding and managing candidate expectations
* Communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes
* Sourcing, screening, qualifying, selecting candidates utilising industry leading tools
* Developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio
* Generating and developing new business
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process utilising our ATS (JobAdder)
* Developing and providing market insights and intelligence
About You:
* 3+ years’ experience in sales, recruitment or customer service in a hands-on operational environment
* Extensive experience managing customer relationships through regular contact on the telephone or in person
* Highly motivated by meeting and exceeding targets in a target-driven environment
* Intrinsically customer-service led and committed to delivering an exceptional experience to your customers
* Strong influencing skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
* A passion for solving problems through to the end
* Attention to detail
