Tasks
We offer students the opportunity to complete a varied internship in the HR department of Austrian Airlines with a focus on labor and social law.
* You support us with legal research for exciting individual and collective law as well as social law issues.
* You review labor law documents such as sample contracts or works agreements and prepare them independently.
* You monitor legislative changes in labor and social law and evaluate their implementation in our company.
* You will assist with the creation of reports and presentations on HR topics.
* You support us with other day-to-day business in our department and with projects.

Requirements
* You are enrolled in law, business administration or a comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application).
* You are interested in HR and ideally have knowledge of employment law.
* You have a solution-oriented and business-oriented way of thinking and working.
* You work in a structured, proactive manner and have an eye for detail.
* You are a team player and communicative.
* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
* You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union.
