Responsibilities
* As a Senior Automotive Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for developing electronic components for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
* You will take on a senior role in an international team of skilled embedded firmware engineers, guiding and developing junior engineers while utilizing your expertise as a Product Owner in our agile firmware development team.
* The market for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is highly dynamic, requiring adaptability and creativity to address changing scenarios and propose suitable solutions.
* The development of automotive SoCs involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including System Engineering, Firmware Architecture, Analog/Digital Circuit Design, Test Development, management, customers, and the firmware development team.
Profile
* Personality: You are communicative, a strong team player, open-minded, and able to work independently and in a structured way, fostering a trusting environment that encourages growth among team members.
* Experience and Know-how: You have several years of experience in developing and testing embedded firmware for automotive electronics products, from concept phase to series production, and are proficient in commonly used programming languages (C, Python, etc.) and familiar with modern development tools (Doors, Jama, Jira, Codebeamer, Git, etc.).
* Education and Languages: You hold a university or university of applied sciences degree in computer science, embedded system design, or a similar field, and are fluent in English (spoken and written), with German being a plus.
