About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Channel Development Manager for the Dining channel to join the Foodservice Oceania team.
As the Channel Development Manager Dining, you will be responsible for the development of channel insights to enhance our market knowledge and guide the development and delivery of customer focused business solutions and product innovation platforms for key channels.
Reporting to the Head of Channel Strategy Oceania, you will work closely with many stakeholders, influencing sales teams across both markets, connecting in with best practice globally and with the consumer teams, and leaning into the channel strategy team to leverage brand, digital and other channel strategy work.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Translate strategic plans into channel led campaigns and activations across both markets.
* Drive portfolio growth through exciting new innovation, whilst providing recommendations for portfolio optimisation.
* Leverage research, insights and market intelligence into action initiatives that support sales and customer strategy.
This highly varied leadership role will see you based at our Richmond office, operating within a hybrid work model with work from home (WFH) flexibility.
About You
You demonstrate an enterprise mindset, with a strong ability to integrate and analyse complex information from different sources and provide sound, well-reasoned business decisions.
You work collaboratively, demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to and influence a wide range of stakeholders, whilst being empathetic to the issues facing them.
Key to your success in this role will be your resilience, high attention to detail, strong accountability, and ownership, teamed with your ability to develop solutions that unlock growth in our business.
In addition, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in business or technical field e.g. food science, marketing
* Experience working in a complex and fast paced environment
* Technical and leadership experience would be advantageous
