In this role you will
* Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
* Document customer interactions and solutions in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
* Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and products
Your qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent English and German
We consider it as a plus
* Relevant technical certifications
* Previous experience in a customer support role

According to § 9 Para. 2 GIBG, the minimum collective salary is EUR 32,900.00 gross per annum. We are willing to offer a higher salary based on qualifications, training, and work experience.
