Your new challenges which will inspire you:
1. Detailed daily, weekly and monthly review as well as accurate maintenance of inventory data
2. Identification and tracking of slow-moving inventory
3. Ensure inventory is used optimally to avoid obsolete inventory and waste
4. Track batch release and release status changes
5. Carrying out the assignment of the finished product to customer orders, taking into account regulatory and customer-specific requirements as well as quality requirements
6. Communicate any changes related to the delivery of sales orders to Corporate and Local Customer Service
7. Weekly review VMI replenishment and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts in the subsidiaries
8. Tracking regulatory changes in each market and coordinating the change with the stakeholders involved
9. Attend weekly S&OE meetings, escalate any issues that impact short-term planning and execution
10. Drive continuous improvement, be open to change and new initiatives, and contribute to S&OE projects and initiatives
Your profile that will convince us:
1. Academic education in Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or Business Informatics
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Supply Chain area, preferably in manufacturing environment
3. High level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel; used to work with SAP
4. Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
5. Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving skills
6. Strong analytical and rational decision-making skills
7. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work flexible hours when required
8. High level of attention to details and accuracy of information
9. Wide range of tasks in an international setting, flexibility and personal responsibility

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.307,50. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
