Job description
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
* Provide direct support to the VP of Sales and Marketing by handling specific tasks, projects, and requests as assigned.
* Arrange travels on request.
* Provide assistance with various marketing projects.
* Manage departmental requisitions as needed for technology, office supplies.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
* Collaborate with vendors and partners, handling logistics and communications for marketing projects.
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, handling email correspondence, and managing marketing tools.
* Ensure all areas of marketing office and storage room are neat.
* Travel to various luxurious events in Europe such as sport, art, culture to network with clients.
* Support the marketing team in the organization of private events at beautiful locations.
Qualifications
* Preferred qualifications include vocational training or specialized studies in business administration, tourism, or hospitality management.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients during tasks.
* Ability to communicate and to present information clearly and concisely both verbal and written.
* Good planning, organizational skills and ability to delivery to deadlines.
* A positive attitude towards teamwork and being able to work as part of a team.
* Flexible approach to work, to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends and overtime).
* Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs.
* Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus (German language is not required).
* Highly interested in luxury products and services.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
* Must have the right to live and work in Austria.
