Role Responsibilities
1. Support our ambition for growth in the Austrian business, developing sales and channel strategies and delivering vs targets with our off trade and on trade customers
2. Lead, manage and mentor key account manager and one KAM support manager, reporting to Commercial Director Northern Europe (based in Vienna)
3. Lead Off Trade key accounts Spar and Rewe and support team leading the other accounts.
4. Oversee sales planning including forecasting, budgeting and course correction
5. Monitor key metrics to ensure optimal sales performance
6. Review and optimize customer P&Ls and trade investments
7. Refine sales processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
8. Work closely with Austrian marketing team, finance and customer service to deliver plans and a strong customer experience.
Qualifications
9. 10+ years of commercial experience in the Austrian alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry, with a focus on key account management, experience with Rewe and Spar and preferably on trade accounts.
10. 3+ year experience in team management and working with cross-functional teams.
11. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and delivering sales targets.
12. Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and the ability to analyze key business drivers and their impact on the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows.
13. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to drive successful outcomes in complex negotiation scenarios.
14. Analytical mindset, leveraging data for decision-making and forecasting market demand.
15. Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

18. Fluent in German and English
