Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us shape customer-focused digital tools facilitating the energy transition.
Your Responsibilities:
* Product manager for a portion of the customer-facing INNIO Digital Portfolio, focusing on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
* Transform customer needs into clear product requirements for a software and data science development team
* Define and manage your product backlog, driving a first-class agile development team as SCRUM product owner
* Accountable for all aspects of product management, including pricing, contracts, marketing, training, user support, sales support
* Provide a clear product strategy aligned with customer requirements and business growth objectives
* Represent INNIO and your product in front of internal and external stakeholders, up to VP level
* Ongoing product lifecycle prioritizing resources, features, and functionality aligned with commercial objectives
* Measure and track product KPIs to report to product stakeholders and management
* Support key customers and users during rollout and adoption, enabling process transformation for their organization
About You:
* University degree in business administration, software engineering, or related fields
* Experience in product ownership and agile methodologies; Product Owner/Scrum certificates preferred
* Background in product management for B2B Software solutions and IoT Solutions
* Familiarity with CMMS systems and/or maintenance of industrial assets considered an advantage
* Promotes agile models and influences early adoption of beneficial technologies
* Strong track record in delivering high-quality customer-centric digital solutions
* Inclusive and open-minded approach, high say/do ratio, team player, strong interpersonal skills
* Self-starter, entrepreneurial thinking, able to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to travel up to 15%
* Superior written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German not required but may be considered an advantage
* A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position
The base pay consists of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement, at least EUR 4,269.07 gross per month, plus overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
