The Service Management and Controls team provides the core processes as well as the central monitoring and reporting for IT operations. The handling of IT change management is a very essential part of the core processes and crucial for the stability and smooth running of our IT operations. Embedded in a team of IT Service Managers, decisions are made and communicated in close cooperation with Change Coordinators, experts and stakeholders regarding planning and any special precautionary measures.
What to do:
* Execution of a structured, precise and target group oriented planning of IT-Changes
* Continuous consideration of possible process improvements and support for them (by adhering to the latest frameworks of ITIL)
* Lead weekly Change and CAB meetings including reporting updates on the critical planned changes to Senior Management on a regular basis
* Conduct reports to measure and evaluate the processes and process quality (examine data quality, analyze KPIs) and elaborate improvement suggestions in case of deviations as well as the implementation of derived measures
* Work closely with other process managers, management and other stakeholders to implement and support effective solutions for ITSM
* Set the direction for ongoing maturation of ITSM tool (ServiceNow) to ensure maximum effectiveness with respect to process execution and reporting capabilities
* Regularly review and update Process, Procedure and other standard work and ensure all revisions are appropriately deployed, including requisite training of all impacted parties and stakeholders
* Administration of tasks and tools in the area of communication (mailing lists, communication templates, etc.)
You check these:
* A completed education (HTL, FH, university and/or experience in the bank IT environment)
* High problem-solving ability, with the capacity to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in utilizing ServiceNow for IT Service Management and process automation
* Understanding of the IT landscape with experience in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
* Ability to bring people together, communicate goals, and facilitate decision-making
* Very good command of English (German language is an advantage)

* A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53,802 gross per year.
