Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate a team focused on troubleshooting, technical support, and field service of installed intralogistics automated equipment.
* Lead, coordinate, prioritize, and distribute incoming work requests to the appropriate resources.
* Handle support tickets (third level), field service tasks, and resolution of warranty claims in collaboration with other functions at Swisslog.
* Focus on the development of your team and the support organization dedicated to our installed base across the world.
* Shape the strategic direction of Customer Service Excellence regarding support, maintenance, and field services through various initiatives and projects.
* Plan and coordinate all field assignments and distribute support tickets for prompt resolution.
* Ensure compliance with all labor law and occupational safety regulations.
* Manage tools and toolkits and coordinate the organization of Customer training courses.
