About you:
You will be leading and executing the safety, quality and production of product flow and services in line with business requirements and the company's standards and principles. You will be leading a team of 6.
Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with clients to provide them with updates on work orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Provide technical support to the Sales team to ensure alignment with clients' expectations.
3. Act on any defects according to the quality procedures.
4. Manage a team of 6 trades.
5. Ensure service enquiries, quotations and orders align with the strategy.
6. Allocate resources to meet schedule requirements.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role in a related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical or pump systems.
3. Certificate or Degree in a related field.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organisational skills.
