It’s a difference that impacts businesses and society alike and one that’s fueled by our passion for technology and our dedication to sparking the brightest ideas in ourselves and others.Together, an experienced team of over one thousand brilliant people, we collaborate to create value-driven custom software solutions.Your daily tasks will include:Develop and execute a Go-to-Market Strategy for Western Austria: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively launch our services in Western Austria.Hands-on Sales Leadership to generate New Business: Identify and qualify opportunities to close deals, personally engage with prospects and clients, leading by example with direct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations.Conduct customer-specific research: Based on Cloudflight’s ideal customer profile, including identifying digital business models and contacts to conduct outreach.Build and nurture relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region, leveraging your network or your ability to build one.Report and analyze performance: Regularly report on sales metrics, market feedback, and performance, ensuring ongoing optimization of sales processes.Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to align strategies, create impactful sales collateral, and ensure market fit.The following will make you succeed in this role:At least 5 years of experience in solution or consultative sales, ideally with an own network in the region of Western Austria.Motivation & drive with a passion for growth and achieving ambitious targets. You are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to success.Ability to implement a Go-to-Market Strategy and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management.Understand the customer's challenges and problems in emerging technologies. You offer solutions in your sales story and create value for our clients.Experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across long as well as short sales cycle deals.Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (e.g., Hubspot) and experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and the ability to work with people from different national and international locations.The minimum salary is 60.844 euros/year in the collective agreement.
