Global HR Generalist (f/m/x) - temporary replacement

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our global HR team. In this functional role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our HR strategy and initiatives aimed at transforming and setting our HR operations up for the future. Tasks
* Support the planning and execution of global HR initiatives, including change management and communication.
* Support the global HR competence centers, such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, etc.
* Participate in a global HR transformation project (implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules):
o Providing support related to testing.
o Training/enablement of the organization.
o Supporting international roll-out.
* Support monthly reporting and invoice management.
* Organize meetings, prepare meeting documents (e.g., in PowerPoint), and take meeting minutes.
* Administer global online training database.
* Collaborate with local HR teams and other functions in various countries.
Skills
* Academic degree in business administration, HR, or similar.
* First experience as HR Generalist, preferably in an international environment.
* Experience with/understanding of HR processes and IT applications in an HR environment; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
* Analytical working style with strong Excel skills.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
* Adaptability, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented working style.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with different stakeholders.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
This position is a temporary replacement for approx. 1-2 years. Depending on performance and personnel organization, an extension of the employment contract is possible.
The minimum salary for this position is € 3,477.13 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment according to your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
