About the Role:
As the Mobiles Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our mobile operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our operations across various locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 direct reports, including Project Managers and specialists, remotely. Be a true people leader who can set goals and maintain a routine management cycle.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Manage strong customer relationships, including contract management, handling contract disputes, and managing contractual variations.
3. Project Management: Oversee 4 to 5 projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
5. Team Development: Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
6. Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Background and Experience required:
1. Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally with experience managing managers.
2. Strong customer relationship management skills, including knowledge of contract management and handling contract disputes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Previous experience in mobile operations is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
