The RGM Data & Process Developer is responsible for the definition of data and process requirements leading to the development, improvement and governance of the Revenue Growth Management system within Red Bull.
In this role, based on business and user needs, you’ll be entrusted with identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements and new technologies that improve the user experience, reporting capabilities as well as data quality and is leading to process efficiencies. You’ll be responsible for implementing our Revenue Growth Management tools in subsidiaries worldwide, as well as ensuring that there are correct processes in place for the analysis of customer profitability. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for local Key Users and support them in case of any tool questions as well as system issues.

1. Based on business and user needs, identify areas of improvement and define business requirements for the enhancement of Red Bulls Revenue Growth Management Systems, named Customer Profitability Management (CPM) with a focus on reporting capabilities and user experience documented in so called BSS – Business Scope Statements.Lead the implementation of CPM tools in Red Bull subsidiaries worldwide. Training, communication and post-implementation support to users.
2. Partner for subsidiaries in establishing and fully exploiting the potential of our CPM tools with a focus on business processes.Collaborate with International Sales, IT, Data Supply Chain and Operations teams, in order to keep a strong alignment in the short and long-term strategy.
3. Act as a global contact point for the CPM tool and help local Key Users around the world in case of process or system-related issues and questions.Ensure proper system functioning, find efficiencies and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system handling and related business processes within the CPM system.Work on initiatives that aim to support subsidiaries in improving their data and process quality.
4. Support the training agenda in finding innovative ways to design training materials and documentation in order to interact in the best way with users in the subsidiaries.Provide on-site and online trainings for users from the subsidiaries to ensure proper system handling and strengthening the connection to key users.
5. Minimum 2 years of relevant Finance / Controlling / Project Management experience.
6. University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
7. Fluent English, German is a plus.
8. IT literate and tech-savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analysis tool as a plus (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Hyperion, etc.).
9. Experience in the FMCG industry and/or with a focus on sales controlling of advantage.
10. Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.
11. Experience in project management and the creation of reporting solutions is a plus.
12. Result-oriented team player with strong communication & presentation skills.
