In the course of your varied role, you will manage the whole of a section in our store. As part of this function, you will be responsible for your department’s sales and revenue, control the flow of goods, and organise staffing. In addition, you will ensure that the layout of the department is attractive and that merchandise is presented in such a way as to promote sales. As a result of your personal and expert advice and support of our discerning customers, your confident demeanour and good manners will make shopping in your department an experience. The final elements of your job profile include the leadership, motivation, and coordination of your staff team.
Required experience and skills:
1. Successfully completed commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
2. Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, as an assistant department manager or as a deputy, for example
3. Great passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
4. Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
5. Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills
The collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises applies: Minimum wage in employment group D level 1 is EUR 2.229 gross for a full-time workload, 14 times a year. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications.
