Your tasks:
* Design conceptual models, define workflows, enhance our information architecture, and create user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and polished micro-interactions.
* Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive product experiences across our B2B and B2C platforms, maintaining a holistic view of the full product ecosystem.
* Own design quality and feasibility, working in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure that solutions are viable, valuable, and delivered with high quality.
* Leverage insights from user research, market understanding, and product analytics to shape and iterate on design solutions—grounding all work in the context of real user needs and business outcomes.
* Evaluate user and business Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) to guide prioritization and continuously improve the product’s clarity, usability, and effectiveness.
* Build interactive prototypes to explore design directions and conduct iterative testing with users to validate and refine ideas.
* Actively contribute to design critiques, cross-functional workshops, and decision-making processes—advocating for design rationale and trade-offs with clarity and confidence.
* Collaborate with other designers and researchers to define and maintain shared design styles, patterns, and UI components that drive consistency across the product.
Your skills:
* Strong ability to understand and simplify complex product ecosystems, with a holistic mindset that balances user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints.
* Experience working across both B2B and B2C contexts, with sensitivity to the distinct goals, workflows, and expectations of different user segments.
* Confident collaboration with researchers to synthesize findings and translate insights into impactful, actionable design solutions.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly articulate design rationale, conceptual ideas, and research insights to designers, engineers, and stakeholders alike (in English).
* Deep understanding of User-Centered Design principles and experience applying UX methods such as Journey Mapping, Personas, and Design Thinking across the product lifecycle.
* Proficiency in design, prototyping, and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
* Awareness of platform-specific guidelines (e.g. iOS, Android, web) and current design trends to create modern, scalable experiences.
