Your mission
As a Web & Content Manager, you support the digital marketing team by helping keep Doka’s website and digital assets up-to-date and running smoothly. You’ll manage content, assist with email campaigns, and work with tools that help us reach our global audience online.
Your responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining Doka’s website (doka.com), ensuring structured, up-to-date, and engaging content
* Handling web content updates, localization, and SEO optimization to improve performance and visibility
* Overseeing the picture database (DAM system), ensuring well-structured and easily accessible assets for global marketing teams
* Driving email marketing campaigns by managing and ensuring smooth execution of newsletters
* Interface for technical support via external partners for website issues and ensuring a reliable publishing process
* Optimizing digital assets and content distribution, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency across channels
* Contributing to digital marketing initiatives, including optimization and analytics of online marketing activities

What you bring to the team
* At least 3 years of professional experience in online marketing or online agency business and a passion for digital communication
* Experience with CMS/DX platforms including knowledge of SEO best practices and email marketing tools
* Good analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and performance measurement tools to provide actionable insights
* A structured and solution-oriented approach to digital challenges with the ability to adapt quickly to new requirements, tools, and situations
* Openness to working with digital technologies and AI to improve workflows and outcomes
* Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks or projects
* Fluency in English (German is a plus)

The salary offered for this position is in line with the market and is based on specific qualifications and appropriate professional experience.
We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 36.400 according to the collective agreement (wood processing industry).
