About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our Rentals division. Based at our Acacia Ridge branch, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to hit the ground running, ready to grow our rental customer connections and support our existing rental houses. Our solution is unique in that we also support other rental businesses to deal with the excess demands on their fleet.
This role will see you:
1. Working with a number of Rental customers to proactively identify rental equipment solutions for their business;
2. Identifying new rental customer leads;
3. Assisting in the management of Clark’s Brisbane rental fleet;
4. Working with internal and external service providers such as the General Manager, Administration staff, and other key stakeholders to fulfill rental agreements;
5. Producing various reports regarding rental sales and quotations;
6. Working with all rental walk-in customers and handle phone and online enquiries regarding rental sales.
What you will need:
Above all, we are looking for an energetic and driven self-starter with a passion for sales. In addition, you will need:
1. Excellent communication skills and ability to form good relationships with our customers;
2. Prior sales experience, preferably within the rental equipment industry (however this is not essential);
3. Ability and willingness to work within a close-knit team;
4. Excellent computer skills. We use Microsoft Suite and Baseplan;
5. Good time management skills and ability to juggle multiple customer demands;
