Job Summary
This role is suitable for an ambitious professional looking for their next career step. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and solving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related issues.
* Identify and resolve CRM-related issues.
* Manage projects involving various departments to provide digital CRM solutions.
* Establish and execute plans to ensure the quality and effectiveness of those solutions.
* Be the Product Owner for a digital product/application within the E2E CRM spectrum.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the understanding and solutioning processes.
This position may suit you best if you have experience in software development life cycles, Agile methodology, business problem determination, project planning, change management, and CRM platforms.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, IT Analysis, Project Management, Product Owner, or Sales Support.
* Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
* Strong business communication skills.
* Project management skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
