CONTAINEX is a company of the WALTER GROUP and market leader in Europe in the trade with containers and mobile space solutions. In sales management you will be there wherever space is needed quickly and easily. You will work with companies of all sizes. From SMEs to renowned "global players". And all that in the respective sales area within Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
* You will acquire new customers and trading partners.
* You will travel within the respective sales area and arrange your appointments individually, according to your customers' needs.
* You'll build long-term relationships and networks and look after our existing customers.
* You will persuasively present our entire product range and conduct target-oriented contract and price negotiations.
* You will give advice to our customers and develop mobile space solutions.
* You will observe the market and take advantages of opportunities and market potential.
* You will work and communicate with internal departments (customer service management, technology, finance).
* You will acquire current product knowledge through internal training courses.
Your Profile:
* Completed technical or economic education and a basic technical understanding.
* Extensive professional experience in the field of sales/distribution.
* Fluent Polish (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B1).
* Willingness to travel (approx. 35%) and class B driving licence.
* Independent way of working.
* Ability to work in a team and relational capability.

The minimum salary for this position – depending on qualifications and experience – is EUR 60,000 gross per year. The annual salary consists of 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus. Once you have completed your training period, we also offer you a performance-related profit-sharing bonus.
