Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and organizing gaming and esports events while supporting the development and execution of a long-term strategy to strengthen Red Bull's presence in the gaming sector. You'll negotiate contracts and agreements, including performance goals and branding guidelines, and work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment with Red Bull's global brand standards. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Gaming Player and Publisher teams to seamlessly integrate events into the broader strategy.
You'll maintain regular communication with international colleagues to track local events and upcoming projects and competitions, while leading coordination efforts for all gaming events across your region. You'll assist in business planning for Red Bull markets alongside the Head of Gaming Event Marketing and take the lead on your own Red Bull Gaming Event project in 2025. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing new Red Bull Gaming Event concepts for 2026 and beyond.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the gaming/esports industry
* Experience in collaborating with event organizers in the gaming sector
* Exceptional English skills (spoken and written + willingness to improve on demand)
* Track record of actual execution of events
* Strong network in the gaming/e-sports industry
* Outstanding project management skills
* Communication and negotiation skills
* Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
* Experience with various PC, console, and mobile games
* We are looking for an active gamer with a real understanding of the overall gaming industry and most competitive games (League of Legends, Valorant, Fighting Games, CS, Dota 2, Age of Empires II)

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.717 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
