Business Development Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies for the United Kingdom and its regions. You will play a key role in expanding the market, building a strong team, generating new customers, and strengthening existing ones.
Your Responsibilities:
* Planning and opening of our distribution centre in the UK
* Personnel responsibility: Building the sales and support team
* Planning the sales strategy
* Analyzing the market, trends, and competitors' activities
* Developing a growth strategy focusing on market share growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* University degree in economics, business, marketing, or a related field
* Proven professional sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in B2B or business development
* High level of self-motivation, team spirit, and entrepreneurial thinking
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
* Time management and planning skills
* You are British or have a strong affinity with British culture and the British economy
