SAP Technical Specialist for IFRS 17 (all genders)
Experienced full-time position with an immediate start at VIG IT Digital Solutions GmbH.
Your Tasks
* Ensuring smooth data processing in IFRS 17 accounting processes, within the IFRS 17 sub ledger, general ledger, and consolidation system.
* Designing financial solutions: From design to conception to the implementation of business processes in the finance and risk systems.
* Customizing the IFRS 17 sub ledger in the SAP FPSL system for the depiction of VIG use cases.
* Modeling data flows using tools like SAP Business Warehouse and MS SQL/SSRS.
* Supporting business analysts in defining IFRS 17 and MultiGAAP use cases as well as in user acceptance tests.
* Software development and optimization using tools such as SAP ABAP and PowerShell Script.
* Planning, coordinating, and implementing software releases in collaboration with business analysts.
* Technical deployment of approved solutions/use cases into production.
* Planning and implementing SAP system upgrades and patching applications according to the manufacturer guidelines.
Your Profile
* Ongoing or completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
* At least three years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of database and business intelligence tools, especially SAP Business Warehouse and MS SQL.
* Professional experience with S/4-FI/CO and the SAP Bank Analyzer; knowledge of SAP FPSL is an advantage.
* Experience in accounting and with accounting processes, particularly regarding IFRS standards, is desirable.
* Knowledge in programming languages such as PowerShell and SAP ABAP is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills, high solution orientation, and a pronounced affinity for numbers.
* Proficient handling of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
* Excellent German and English language skills.
Benefits may vary between VIG companies. The salary for this position is at least €50,000. With significant experience and know-how, we are prepared to offer an overpayment.
