We are seeking an experienced Application Manager, reporting to the Team Manager of Corporate Intranet. In this multifaceted role, you’ll be the dynamic force behind our intranet community, spearheading content creation, and shaping the information architecture of IT content within our digital ecosystem.

* As Community Manager for our intranet, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content that tells compelling stories to keep our audience interested and ensure consistent messaging.
* Develop a clear and intuitive information structure for IT-related content on our intranet and ensure accessibility and usability.
* Oversee the analysis and reporting of intranet metrics and turn user data into insights for strategic improvements.
* Further develop our design system for in-house applications in your role as Product Owner.
* Maintain a synergistic partnership with the design team to ensure cohesive visual and user experience strategies across all digital platforms.
* Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
* Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues on the implementation and utilization of the design system for optimal application development.
* Responsible for the maintenance and management of services to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement in cooperation with the stakeholders involved.
* Maintain the service and support documentation for our own services and ensure their accessibility and quality.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong working knowledge and/or easy adoption of Microsoft Office tools especially Sharepoint Online or any other Content Management System.
* Working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector is beneficial.
* Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
* Profound client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
* Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
* Travel 0-10%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
