Your role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and serving as their primary point of contact for traffic solution requirements. Assess customer demands and analyze market trends to align business objectives with product development strategies. Design traffic solutions tailored to meet and exceed client expectations. Manage and oversee pilot installations to validate new technologies and showcase their feasibility in real-world applications. Foster strategic partnerships with technology providers and go-to-market partners to broaden the company's market reach and drive innovation. Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities within the traffic and ITS industry to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with our Sales Managers and Solution Consultants supporting with technical expertise to drive business growth. Your qualifications and skills: Preferably a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). 5 years' experience in STEM-related industries, demand management. Prior experience with intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic management, would be highly beneficial. Proven track record in system engineering, client interaction, and ideally supporting sales. Knowledge in traffic signal management, data science applications, or leading small teams. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.
