YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning and management of product development projects from concept to market launch
2. Transfer of sensor technologies and research results to series production
3. Elaboration and implementation of technical concepts
4. Lateral leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
5. Responsibility for the success, quality, deadlines and budget of the projects
6. Ongoing project controlling and reporting
7. Coordination with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
8. Participation in overarching strategic initiatives
9. Lead and prepare project steering meetings
YOUR PROFILE:
10. Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field
11. At least 3 years of practical experience in the development of measurement instruments, preferably in the field of particle or gas measurement technology, process measurement technology
12. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
13. Proficiency in project management an advantage
14. Experience in the use of agile development methods
15. Hands-on work mentality
16. Business fluent knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
