As the Head of Brand Management, you will lead brand initiatives across platforms and regions, driving awareness and relevance through digital media, PR, content, and internal communications. Possible Working Day: Your day begins with analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine the brand’s strategy. You skillfully enhance brand differentiation and craft compelling narratives. Mid-morning, you collaborate with regional teams on product launches, ensuring global consistency while tailoring strategies to local markets. You also identify new sales opportunities. After lunch, you review social media performance and lead your team in creating engaging content for key audiences like hunters, birders, and outdoor enthusiasts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. In the afternoon, you manage public relations, prepare press releases, coordinate with media, and strengthen influencer relationships. You also handle internal communications, crafting updates that reinforce company values and foster a strong brand culture. Before wrapping up, you hold a team meeting to review progress and provide mentorship, ensuring alignment and motivation. Strong understanding of brand positioning, branded content development, digital media platforms, and PR strategies. Experience driving marketing initiatives within global organizations. Strong commercial understanding of marketing’s role in driving omnichannel product sell-through. Solid understanding of financial metrics, plus top- and bottom-line levers. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to think big picture, align internally, and execute with excellence.
