12. Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and client communication.
13. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements through proper documentation.
14. May be required to be on call from time to time. Additional remuneration will be added to the salary for any on-call duties performed.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong leadership and management skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching your team.
2. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong team, client, and stakeholder relationships.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. A hands-on approach with experience managing multiple sites.
5. A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every project.
6. Experience using job management systems and basic computer skills.
7. Desire for team leadership roles (experience in Garden Maintenance, Landscaping, or Horticulture preferred but not mandatory).
