Ihre Aufgaben:
1. Mit Ihrer frischen Art begeistern Sie unsere Kunden und stehen diesen vom Empfang bis zur Kasse beratend zur Seite.
2. Eine attraktive Warenpräsentation und unser Visual Merchandising liegt Ihnen am Herzen. Dabei setzen Sie die zentral entwickelten Aktionspläne mit Leidenschaft ansprechend um.
3. In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie für die Erreichung der Umsatzziele verantwortlich und stellen gleichzeitig ein optimales Bestandsmanagement sicher.
4. Sie steuern und begeistern ihr Team und erreichen gemeinsam Spitzenleistungen.
Ihr Profil:
1. Sie haben eine fachspezifische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und können eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Premiumsegment vorweisen.
2. Sie sind ein wahres Organisationstalent und die Kundenorientierung zählt zu Ihren Stärken.
3. Sie zeichnen sich als Führungspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen aus.
4. Für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und unternehmerisches Denken bringen Sie ein gewisses Verständnis auf.
5. Zudem sind Sie versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, etc.) und verfügen bereits über Kassenerfahrungen.
6. Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab.
