Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Commis de Rang!
Responsibilities:
1. Exceed Residents and Guests expectations in every aspect of personalized, quality, luxury, engaging and benchmark service deliveries by preparing mise-en-place in assigned areas.
2. Actively support the goals and objectives for the department and implement new policies and company initiatives as assigned.
3. Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues to ensure a team-oriented atmosphere.
4. Ensure all working hours, including overtime, have been recorded accurately on timesheets for each time period worked.
5. Ensure all areas are maintained in accordance with Company policy and Public Health standards.
6. Ensure mise-en-place of waiter stations, food pass area, coffee stations, buffets, and condiments for service are ready before and after service.
7. Check the waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, and service areas mise en place prior to and after service.
8. Assist the Chef de Rang/Demi Chef de Rang in opening and closing duties of the restaurants, particularly in back areas.
Hiring Requirements:
1. Excellent eye for attention to detail is essential.
2. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
3. Able to read, write and speak fluently in English.
4. One additional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) preferred.

The minimum salary for the position as Commis de Rang (m/f/d) is EUR 2,100.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
