At DXC Business Process Services (BPS), we specialize in delivering top-notch HR and Payroll services to our esteemed client in the banking industry. Operating from our Shared Service Centre, we follow an innovative "Hub and Spoke" model—our Hub in Wroclaw, Poland, and the Spoke in Vienna, Austria.
In Vienna, our dedicated payroll experts work on-site with our client, ensuring personalized support and seamless payroll operations.
We’re excited to expand our Vienna team and are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join us. Whether you have 1 year of experience or more, if you’re ready to contribute your skills and grow in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with client experts and third parties
* Manage payroll processes and conduct audits
* Ensure compliance with social contributions and liaise with authorities
* Stay updated on Austrian tax and labor laws, implementing changes in payroll procedures
* Assist with year-end activities and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
* At least 1 year of payroll experience, with knowledge of payroll calculations, tax, and labor laws in Austria
* Familiarity with declarations related to tax, healthcare, pensions, and more
* Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, authorities, and team members

For this position, the minimum gross salary is 39.956€ annually. In any case, we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and experience.
