Nature & Biodiversity Specialist (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
* Coordinate the development and implementation of nature and biodiversity actions within our Global Sustainability Strategy, comprising the implementation of recommended risk mitigation measures for nature & biodiversity.
* Partner with Manager and Director on the development of the company’s nature, water, and biodiversity strategy.
* Align nature and biodiversity-related actions with current and future legislative requirements, ensuring compliance.
* Thoroughly prepare and present content, agendas, decision papers, and updates for management and international working group meetings.
* Coordinate and support national teams to identify interventions and measures to set and advance nature and biodiversity priorities.
* Collaborate with internal and international teams on processes, supporting data collection and serving as single point of contact (SPOC) for nature-related reporting.
Your Profile
* Your educational background/working experience is in sustainability with a focus on nature and biodiversity.
* You have experience of at least six months on the ground within the nature & biodiversity sphere/agricultural supply chains, preferably in a developing/emerging nation.
* You have strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical information into actionable insights; ability to narrow down complex topics to the essential, most business-relevant aspects.
* Ability to prepare agendas, decision papers, and recommendations for senior management.
* Ideally: (Some) experience with legislative compliance, particularly related to CSRD and CSDDD.
* You are fluent in English.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700*
Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
