Daisy & Hen began in 2016, and from humble beginnings we are now one of Australia's most loved baby & children's multi brand retailers. And now we are opening a store at Marion! We are so excited!

With a network of 4 beautiful stores here in SA, we are thrilled to be opening our 5th store at Westfield Marion. We have a busy HQ / Warehouse in Mile End too and remain a proudly independent female and SA owned company. It's a collaborative, vibrant and fun environment, and with some big exciting 2025 plans we think we are doing some pretty cool stuff right here in SA.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a fun, energetic & passionate Retail Manager to join our business and manage our brand new Westfield Marion flagship store. This will be our biggest and best store yet. This is a huge opportunity to be a part of setting up the store, building a brand new team and bringing it all to life!
Once our Marion store is trading, day to day you will be responsible for:
1. Team leadership:
o Leading an engaged, positive and high performing team to success.
o Ongoing team training, development and regular check-ins and reviews.
o Living our values and upholding all standards and procedures.
2. Customer experience and sales:
o Delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience for every Daisy & Hen customer.
o Building genuine relationships and a community within and around your store.
o Meet revenue and financial metrics and KPIs.
3. Product and Visual Merchandising:
o Be a passionate and enthusiastic advocate for our range of brands and products.
o Maintain a high level of inspirational visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
4. Administration:
o Maintain accurate stock on hand across your store.
o Complete the day-to-day operational and administration tasks.
This is a full-time role, with rotating Saturday shifts - but no Sundays or late nights required.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
1. You have retail management experience.
2. A passion and affinity for our products - essential.
3. Microsoft Office and PC proficient - essential.
