Project Manager / Documentation Expert (EDRMS and Procurement focus)
The Company
Our client's primary role is to coordinate and accelerate housing for all South Australians. They work across-government and industry to drive a concentrated and coordinated effort to accelerate planning and development pathways, invest in essential infrastructure such as water and wastewater, completed government funded or led housing developments and remove impediments to private sector construction. They also have a specific focus on policy to assist the industry with the viable delivery of homes.
The Role
* Coordinate a staggered rollout and adoption of Objective Nexus EDRMS to discrete, diverse business units. Responsibilities include schedule/scope/risk/team/vendor management; status reporting to senior stakeholders. (Small team includes Change/Business Analyst; part-time Records Management specialist; Vendor resources, internal Architectural assurance as limited function)
* Coordinate consolidation and operationalisation of new/changed associated information workflow solutions in conjunction with that EDRMS rollout.
* Facilitate market approach and evaluation to recompete Managed Platform Services - Hyperscale Cloud Services contract, including composing acquisition plans, release-to-market documentation, and purchase recommendation documents, and coordinating evaluation activities including vendor briefs/debriefs.
* Facilitate market approach and evaluation to recompete Network Hardware and Services Marketplace contract, including composing acquisition plans, release-to-market documentation, and purchase recommendation documents, and coordinating evaluation activities including vendor briefs/debriefs.
* Coach / assist internal technical resources in the planning / work breakdown structure / scheduling components to facilitate Windows 11 rollout to all supported end users.
* Coach / assist internal technical resources in the planning and execution tracking for a transition of existing mobile phone services to new carrier.
Success in this role means that successive end user cohorts are being provided genuine EDRMS technological capability (the ability to be RM compliant, without disproportionate administrative burden; plus functional and efficient mechanisms to manage [organise and retrieve] their information within/between available systems). Further to that technical capability, success involves observing and operationalising a net increase in actual compliant behaviours/processes in areas meaningful to the associated overall risk profile for this domain. Success also looks like detailed, high quality documents being efficiently released to market, that elicit competitive and comprehensive responses that can be efficiently and robustly evaluated. Post award, success includes well planned and executed transition in/out arrangements with incumbents, as relevant.
You
* Must be able to manage these initiatives in parallel (approx. 50% split on EDRMS/Workflows; remainder split between others).
* Highly proactive and capable of thriving with limited direction, in circumstances of ambiguity and broadly competing demands on own and stakeholders’ time/capacity.
* Great communication and collaboration skills.
* Must be able to personally author procurement documentation with a high degree of quality and precision, including sourcing and consolidating the technical input required to provide clarity to market respondents.
