We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support the commercial team by handling customer interactions, managing contract lifecycle processes, supporting sales managers, overseeing key projects, and ensuring order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, supply chain and/or logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Management: Act as a key contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, managing claims, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction.
* Contract Management and Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies. Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal audits and external review.
* Sales Operations Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and streamline key commercial and operational functions, including CRM, sales pipeline, order processing, order fulfillment and sales forecasting.
* Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams to optimize order fulfillment and resolve operational bottlenecks.
* Project Management: Lead and support global commercial operations projects to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in commercial operations, driving efficiency and automation.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain accurate commercial data in our SAP and CRM system and other tools. Generate reports and provide insights to help guide decision-making and strategy.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with finance, marketing supply chain and logistics teams to ensure that commercial operations are aligned with broader business goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales, supply chain, logistics, or a related area
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP/CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and customer management skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
* Experience in project management is a plus.
* Excellent command of English is essential; additional languages are a plus
