YOUR ROLE
The WMS Operations Manager serves as a functional subject matter expert in CEVA's Matrix CORE+ and EXPRESS Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), primarily focusing on CORE+.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
* Oversee and mentor a national team of WMS Analysts, Specialists, and Managers, fostering their development and progression within the team
* Participate in business development calls to identify and address WMS requirements and challenges for new opportunities
* Assist the Solution Design team by recommending optimal WMS processes and validating outputs, including RF devices and printing solutions
* Lead complex single-site and multi-site WMS implementations, managing all aspects from scoping to go-live support
* Identify and implement new functionalities in existing WMS sites to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Develop advanced knowledge of integration messaging, participating in workshops to ensure functional requirements are met
* Document and submit proposals for WMS enhancements to drive significant business benefits.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has significant, deep experience gained in a warehouse management system super-user role - to management level - together with:
* Proven success in leading, coaching and developing teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications; a relevant diploma or tertiary qualification is desirable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and a positive, professional attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and mentor others effectively. Capable of presenting and communicating confidently with senior management and clients
* Willingness to adapt to varied working hours based on project requirements and global coordination with the WMS Centre of Excellence.
* In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
