Luxe Talent, an international recruitment agency specializing in retail, fashion, and luxury goods, is recruiting on behalf of a Spanish premium jewelry brand with over 35 years of experience in the industry. This established and innovative brand is renowned for its unique designs and trend-driven fast-fashion jewelry collections.
We provide an exceptional opportunity for a multi-brand sales agent to introduce this Spanish premium jewelry brand to the Austrian market:
1. Established Company: The brand has been a strong player in the European market for decades, offering stable and profitable partnerships.
2. Unique Fast-Fashion Designs: Constantly evolving collections and new concepts each season create a “wow” factor, leading to high customer retention and regular sales.
3. Wide Product Range: The brand’s diverse product range allows representatives to cater to different customer preferences, ensuring continuous sales across various retail segments.
4. Attractive Commission Model: We offer a 20% commission, higher than the industry standard, allowing representatives to earn significant income.
5. Exclusive Sales Territory: As an exclusive representative for Austria, you will have the opportunity to focus on high-profile clients and build a strong, profitable network.
6. Comprehensive Marketing Support: We provide full support, including visual merchandising materials, displays, packaging, and digital tools to enhance sales success.
7. Additional Compensation: Alongside the commission, we offer a fixed advance of €1,500 per month during a 3-month probation period, provided a minimum monthly turnover of €9,000 is reached.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Introducing and representing the premium collections of the Spanish jewelry brand to retailers across Austria.
2. Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure successful partnerships.
3. Developing new sales opportunities and promoting the growth of the brand in the Austrian market.
4. Managing the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
Who We Are Looking For:
1. An experienced, self-motivated multi-brand sales representative with an existing client portfolio in the jewelry or luxury fashion sector.
2. A strong B2B retail network in Austria.
3. Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
4. Fluency in German, with English or Spanish as an advantage.
