Customer Service Support - Main Responsibilities:
* Support in the implementation and operations of global agreements with top tier global telecom customers;
* Work closely with internal departments to support the execution of global projects, and ensure streamlined service delivery;
* Assist in managing end-2-end relationships with downstream partners and subcontractors;
* Work closely with downstream partners and subcontractors to ensure goods are being processed efficiently and financial inflows are being optimized.
* Work with logistics service providers to arrange the inbound and outbound logistics requirements to support such projects;
* Cooperate with regional financial teams and project managers to generate and consolidate service order and financial reporting.
* Assist in creating internal and external weekly and monthly reports about project results and activities.
* Support in conducting business analysis of fraction pricing, inventory levels, and metals recovery pricings.
* Support in other key activities when required by the local organization.
Requirements:
* University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
* At least 1 - 3 years of experience in operations, sales, administrative, and/or other relevant functions;
* Good understanding of the latest developments in the internet and technologies market;
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
* Self-motivated, positive, mature, and able to work under pressure;
* Excellent command of both written and verbal English and German;
* Work Location in Wiener Neustadt.
